What MDG looks for: Team players with no egos. Passionate for great design with an attention to details. Open to creative critiques and willing to challenge the status-quo. Proficient in Adobe CC or CS6 (all apps) and a knowledge of WordPress a plus. Web experience in design, wire framing or HTML an added benefit. Creative and respectful applicants only. Photography or video talents can also be beneficial.
